Booking & Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance should be paid at least 14 days before the tour start date.
Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund if cancelled 30 days before the tour, 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before, and no refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the tour.

Travel Requirements
