1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Jifsonjoy Travel and Tour, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2 Booking and Reservations
2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2.2 Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be received before the tour date to confirm your booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.
2.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
2.4 Group Bookings: Special terms may apply for group bookings of 10 or more participants. Please contact us directly for group rates and arrangements.
3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Customer Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
3.2 Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or tour.
3.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
4 Travel Documents and Requirements
4.1 Passports and Visas: You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
4.2 Health Requirements: Certain destinations may require vaccinations or health precautions. Please consult your healthcare provider before traveling.
4.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability.
5 Tour Participation and Conduct
5.1 Age Requirements: Minimum age requirements may apply to certain tours. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
5.2 Health and Fitness: Some tours require a reasonable level of fitness. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
5.3 Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed dangerous, offensive, or disruptive to other travelers without refund.
5.4 Authority of Tour Guide: The tour guide's decisions regarding safety and itinerary are final and must be respected by all participants.
6 Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Limited Liability: Jifsonjoy Travel and Tour acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these providers.
6.2 Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
6.3 Photography and Media: By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.
6.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the tour.
7 Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
Changes to departure times, accommodation, or activities will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
8 Complaints and Disputes
8.1 On-Tour Complaints: If you experience any problems during your tour, please inform the tour guide immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
8.2 Post-Tour Complaints: Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion via email to admin@jifsonjoytours.com.
8.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana and subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Jifsonjoy Travel and Tour and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
